Terrorist Attack In Udaipur

The explosion on the Udaipur railroad track, according to Rajasthan Police, was a terrorist attack. Sections of an FIR filed in the current case include accusations of conspiring in terrorist operations.

The police discovered in the FIR that on Saturday night between 7 and 7:15 p.m., residents of Oda village heard the sound of an explosion. When the townspeople arrived at the train track after that, they were horrified to discover the dented tracks, explosives, and steel debris.

The UAPA Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act’s sections 16 (punishment for terrorist acts) and 18 (committing or intending terrorist acts) have both been used to the filing of the FIR. Portions 150, 151, and 285 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as the Prevention of Damage to Public and Property Act, are pertinent sections of The Explosive Substance Act.

The Ahmedabad-Udaipur Asarwa train, with numbers 19703 and 19704, regularly travel over this track. A few hours after the recently inaugurated Asarwa-Udaipur Express train from Ahmedabad was set to pass through, there was an explosion on a railway track near Udaipur. The incident happened on Saturday night on Odha Bridge, close to Kewda Ki Naal, and is handled by Udaipur’s Jawar Mines Police Station.

A senior official had been to Udaipur a week prior to the explosion to make preparations for the G-20 Summit Sherpa conference, which is scheduled to take place from December 5 to 7 and will host dignitaries from the 20 most powerful countries in the globe.
