Delhi recorded a voter turnover of 50.48% in the elections held on 4th December. The battle between AAP and BJP has been a fierce and bitter one to win these elections.
The exit polls had predicted a huge win for AAP but BJP is confident of getting a clear win.
The AAP was in all mood to celebrate and had decorated the party office with colourful balloons and patriotic songs have been blaring from the office. The AAP won the elections by a good margin and Arvind Kejriwal would address the people after the results are formally declared.
The MCD has 250 wards of which almost 130 have gone to the AAP and the remaining to BJP.
Manish Sisodia has thanked the people of Delhi for showing confidence in the party once again. He further added that AAP would work more diligently to shoulder the responsibilities put by the people of Delhi.
