Every time it comes to the field, cricketer Surya Kumar looks dangerous and seems to make runs at will. He has been one of the most consistent performers in the current tournament.
He has been hitting all around the field, which has dazzled the crowds in Australia. His unbeaten 61 off just 25 balls against Zimbabwe was indeed a match-winning performance.
In an interview, the cricketer has attributed his unique technique to the rubber ball cricket he has played during his childhood. He said that they played with rubber ball on cemented trach where people used to throw ball at a very fast speed and hitting such a ball always resulted in runs.
He further added that he thinks of two or three ways of hitting the ball when a bowler balls to him, but does change his shot at the end if a bowler tries to trick him.
India has now topped in the Super-12 stage of the game. Now, with the semi finals where India plays against England, all eyes will be on Surya Kumar Yadav to see if he can continue his outstanding form and can produce another match-winning innings whereby India can get home the long awaited trophy.
