Yogi Adityanath Gets Relief in Hate Speech Case

Yogi Adityanath

Parvez Parwaz’s case in which he blamed Yogi Adityanath for making hate remarks in a meeting held in Gorakhpur on 27th January, 2007 while addressing Hindu Yuva Vahini activists has been dismissed.

The Supreme Court has rejected this issue and given a clean chit to Yogi Adityanath. Chief Justice of India NV Ramana, Justice Hima Kohli and Justice CT Ravikumar who comprised the bench said that they did not think it was necessary to go into the legal questions relating to the grant of sanction.

The panel dismissed the case and full copy of the judgement has not been uploaded yet.
