In a kadhai, add ghee then add cumin seeds, green chilli, roasted peanuts, and then add boiled potato. Add sendha namak and sabudana and mix it all well and cook for another 5 mins in low flame.
2. How to Make Kuttu Ki Puri
Kuttu or buckwheat is most commonly use in Indian vrat ka khana. Take kuutu ka aata, add sendha namak and zeera and make a dough using hot water. Make small balls from the dough, roll them into medium size and fry it in the kadhai using ghee.
3. Vrat ki Kadhi Recipe
This fasting special kadhi is made using Rajgira aata. Wisk 1 cup curd in a mixing bowl then add 4 tablespoon of rajgira aata or kuttu ka aata, and again add 1 cup of water, mix it all together nicely. In a kadhai, add ghee then add zeera then add 1 tablespoon crushed ginger and green chilli, stir nicely and then finally add the curd mixture, add sendha namak. Let it boil and cook for 4-5 minutes, if the curry texture thickens, you can addmore water.
